Resolution update

3 weeks into 2010. Here is where I am on my resolutions:

Body: Weight is kinda stable right now at 55-56kgs. Would like to bring it down to 52-53kgs
- Diet: Kind of fat restricted. Last week, post doctor ok, went on a bit of a binge. Need to cut down snacks and regulate portions. Drink more water.
- Exercise: Failure so far except 2 excursions with Nero into the park, and some shopping.
- Sleep: Failure. Unable to sleep before wee hours of morning and get up around noon. Have joined classes on Tuesday morning, in hope of forcing this.

Mind:
- New skill: Evaluated a couple of options and joined a piano class (Tuesday 10-11am). Had one class so far. Regular classes start in February. Practising on casio meanwhile. Thoroughly sick of stuttering Jingle Bells playing .
-Travel: Done lots of research, contacted travel agents. Most likely options are Tanzania safari+Zanzibar or Singapore+Star Cruise. Egypt also considered but a distant third at the moment. Actual travel on hold till hubby's work plans get finalised.

Emotion:
- Well have gone out shopping more. Tried to be more active in picking up the phone. But I'm rusty in this. Very rusty.

So far, the progress is more in the mind areas than the others. Focus areas for next month are: Diet, Sleep and New Skill. Exercise needs a solid kick in the you-know-where as well. I'm going to let Emotion take its time. Travel depends on factors outside my control for now, and I'm not too concerned on that.

Hmm...this post sounds totally goalsheety!!!!
